For those who want to speculate on the history of violence between Wolverine and Deadpool's battles and meetings to date, chronologically, are Wolverine v2 #88, Wolverine Annual #1995, Deadpool v3 #27, Wolverine Annual #1999, and Wolverine v2 #154 & #155.

(Part 1)
Hey, comic fans! After recent reports about the addition of the original X-Men cast (Halle Berry/Storm, Famke Janssen/Jean Grey, and James Marsden/Cyclops) and unknown returning X-Men villain (Ian McKellen/Magneto) & MCU villain (Loki) joining Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool and his band of misfits (Morena Baccarin/Vanessa, Leslie Uggams/Blind Al, Karan Soni/Dopinder, Stefan Kapičić/Colossus, Brianna Hildebrand/Negasonic Teenage Warhead, & Shioli Kutsuna/Yukio) in Deadpool 3, I would like to input some speculating guesses for all the comic speculators.
Outside of Deadpool teaming up with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, there's a rumor there will be 2 Wolverines in this film but nothing on if Hugh is playing both Wolverines or will the second one be the MCU version hinted in She-Hulk. Reynolds and Jackman clarified that the film would not interfere with the events of Logan, in which the character dies, and instead will be "separate", and occur before Logan. Additionally, Rob Delaney reprises his role as Peter, a member of Wilson's "X-Force" team, from Deadpool 2. Time Variance Authority, Mobius M. Mobius, and Miss Minutes will also be in this film. Emma Corrin has been cast in an undisclosed villain lead role (most likely Danger but rather see Emma as Lady Deadpool), while Matthew Macfadyen is cast in an undisclosed role too as the "third wheel" to Deadpool and Wolverine. His description as a third wheel made me curious about who could he be. So the suspect list of characters I have that Macfadyen could be playing is...
-Maverick (my first guess cuz he looks like a Maverick [1st app X-Men v2 #5]).
-Weapon X aka Garrison Kane (I knew Liefeld wanted him and was in the original script for the first Deadpool movie [1st app X-Force #2]).
-Lastly, Deadeye Dick (1st app Wolverine v2 #154) because why not.
Overall, I could be wrong and he's Madcap (1st app Captain America #307).

Nothing concrete but fun books to look for.
-Deadpool v3 #11: 1st time Deadpool time travels.
-Deadpool v3 #36: 1st meeting of Deadpool & Loki.
-Deadpool v4 #44: 1st app of Evil Deadpool (could be a possible variant).
Deadpool 3 is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 8, 2024. It will be the first film in Phase Six of the MCU.
