Ode to Ernie-
Writer: Ryan Parrott Art Crew: Eleonora Carlin [P] Raul Angulo[C]
Plot: The Juice Bar gets damaged by a monster the Rangers fought. After the battle, Ernie tells the Rangers he's going to sell the place the Power Rangers tells Ernie how special he is and convinces him to stay in business.
Review: I love the tribute to the late actor's character. Also, this is the second comic story to have Ernie as the main focus (The first time was in Hamilton's Power Rangers #2 where Ernie dressed like a monster to get the Rangers' autographs). Great story! R.I.P Richard Genelle.
Score: 5 out of 5
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Re-Imagine-
Writer: Amy Jo Johnson & Matt Hotson Art Crew: Francesco Mortarino [P] Joana Lafuente [C]
Plot: Sneak preview of an alternate timeline for the original Mighty Morphin team.
Review: Interesting story so far. The art is premium! Looking forward to reading more of it to see where it goes. The timeline looks like it changed when Lord Zedd arrived. I'm also slightly curious if Tommy lost his powers from the Green Candle. I like how Austin's character became a fireman like he did in real life.
Score: 5 out of 5
Alpha Directive-
Writer: Matt Groom Art Crew: Marco Renna [P] Sara Antonellini & Sharon Marino [P]
Plot- Origin of Alpha 5 and 6.
Review- Nice side-story to add to the series continuity lore. First appearance of King Lexian in a Power Rangers comic (his overall first appearance is in the Masked Rider comic).
Score: 4.5 out of 5

What Time Is It?!-
Writer: Mairghread Scott Art Crew: Daniel Bayliss [P]
Plot: The Power Rangers battle giant-sized Goldar.
Review: Decent random story especially if you like seeing the Rangers fight in their Zords. Visual continuity note--technically Goldar isn't supposed to have his wings during this point of the series.
Score: 4.5 out of 5
It's Morphin Time! What's up fellow geeks with attitudes? Uncle Geekpin here to review Boom Studios' Power Rangers 30th Anniversary comic special!
Synopsis: To continue the 30-year legacy of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, BOOM! Studios, under license by global leader in play Hasbro, Inc., has put together the MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS 30TH ANNIVERSARY COMIC SPECIAL–a landmark celebratory anthology issue featuring five brand new stories paying homage to the legacy of the Rangers, written by Ryan Parrott, Mat Groom, the original Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger Amy Jo Johnson (the reason why I read & reviewed it) and Matt Hotson, and young adult author Maria Ingrande Mora, along with current Mighty Morphin Power Rangers writer Melissa Flores!
There's also a gallery section of all the Morphin scenes from all the MMPR comics by Boom Studios and a reading guide. Overall I give the 30th Anniversary Comic Special a 4.5 out of 5! Best new comic book I bought in a long time.

Ranger Academy Office Hours-
Writer: Maria Ingrande Mora Art Crew: Jo Mi-Gyeong [P] Sara Antonellini [C]
Plot: Billy's in his dorm room live chatting with his dad til his connection is interrupted by "The Headmaster" (🤭 inside joke) of Ranger
Academy. He asked Billy to do a trial
run as a mentor for the cadets. Billy
meets Cora and finds out how much
they have in common and feels good
talking about his past experiences.
Review: This story was okay. Some
questions I had for myself wondering
just how long did Billy stay on Aquitar.
Why is The Headmaster in an energy
tube, like Zordon (that's the joke 😅)?
I still don't know much about Ranger Academy and I'm a little unsure especially since it should've been created by a former Ranger.
Score: 4 out of 5
Wedding Vows-
Writer: Melissa Flores Art Crew: Hendry Prasetya [P] Matt Herms [C]
Plot: Tommy is under attack by an alien monster on his wedding day to Kat. As he fights the monster he thinks about his life with Katherine and as a Power Ranger.
Review- Great story that adds to the Power
Rangers continuity lore! It makes me upset
because I wish the current series could be
like this instead of being an alternate timeline.
The art was fathomable! I wish Hendry was
doing the interior art on the main series. The
only real gripe I have with the story is the lack
of visual attention to detail. Tommy's hair
should've been short throughout the story
except during the flashback of Kat and him
breaking up. Also, I didn't understand Aisha's
(I'm assuming that was her) time travel reference.
Other than that great tribute to the late Jason David Frank and his character. Happy 50th Birthday and R.I.P. JDF!
Score: 4.5 out of 5
P.S.- No one likes to use Tommy as Turbo Red. 😅
