7. Back to the Front
A great card to have when you quickly need to protect your life points or when you need a random/extra monster so you can summon another monster.
Pro-Tip: If you're planning to tribute the monster choose monsters such as Witch of the Black Forest or Sangan that way you can get another monster to your hand quickly.
6. Marshmallon
Perfect battle defense card. Be cautious of cards that can remove it from play or cards such as Skill Drain to negate its effect.
2. Mirror Force
The ultimate way to protect your field and take out your opponent's attack monster(s).
4. Magic Jammer
A good card to protect your backfield from cards such as Harpie's Feather Duster & Dark Hole or to stop your opponent from advancing.
Pro-Tip: Try to have cards that will be useful when discarding like Sinister Serpent & Darklord Marie
(formerly known as Marie the Fallen One) or you can discard high-level monsters so you can use Monster Reborn or Call of the Haunted.
9. Magician of Faith
This is the card that could possibly get you out of a jam by retrieving a spell card in your graveyard that you may have already used or lost at some point.
